AZL：我们深信，当下最值得关注的是如何在场地与周边环境之间、景观与建筑之间建立起良好的关系。场地的设计必须存在一个强有力的因果关系，并且应该与我们的生活方式和生活体验息息相关。因此我们的每一回尝试，都像是一次建立特定关系的旅程。

AZL: We firmly convince that the core concern is about how to establish a healthy relationship between the site and the surrounding environment,between the landscape and architecture. There must be a strong consequential link between exterior and interior. They should be related to how we live and experience life. So, every attempt to design a site is like a journey to establishing a particular relationship.

项目背景 | BASIC INFORMATION

基地位于石家庄老城中心地区，核心地区南部主要以铁路、邮政局、电务段为代表的其事业单位及沿铁路线分布的低矮厂房。中部以老火车站、大石桥、正太饭店为代表的历史建筑，及苏宁大厦、新华商务楼等较新的高层建筑。北部为车辆场。基地周围密布传统的博物馆，文化宫等纪念性强的文化类公共建筑。

The site is located in the central area of Shijiazhuang. The southern part of the core area is mainly represented by its public institutions such as railways, post offices, and power depots, and factories which are distributed along the railway lines. In the central part, historical buildings represented by the old railway station, Dashiqiao, Zhengtai Hotel, and modern buildings such as Suning Building and Xinhua Commercial Building. The north is the parking lot. The site is surrounded by traditional museums, cultural palaces and other memorable cultural public buildings.

▽作为老城更新的首批项目，如何在与周围环境呼应的前提下，打造公共空间、为城市注入活力成为本次的设计核心。In the renewal of the old city, as the first batch of projects, how to create a public space and inject vitality into the city under the premise of building a harmony with surrounding environment has become the core of this project.

场地内两条景观轴线，有效的与老城的纪念碑及会展中心连接，在建筑屋顶上也能从不同高度参与城市的发展。而周边环境也可能以不经意的方式与场地进行互动。新与旧的融合不仅仅存在于场景，尺度上，更存在于小小的细节中。

The two landscape axes in the site are effectively connected to the Liberation Monument and the Exhibition Center. The roof of the building can also participate in the development of the city from different heights. The surrounding environment may also interact with the site in an inadvertent way. The fusion of the new and the old is not only in the scene, but also in every detail.

The public stairs are surrounded by the grass , where people can have a rest.

设计说明 | DESIGN DESCRIPTION

▽建筑师以屋顶坡地的形式来削减体量，衔接建筑屋顶与地幔，从而形成了两个向下倾斜互相交叉的屋顶

The architect reduced the volume in the form of a roof slope, connecting the building roof and the mantle, thus forming two downwardly inclined roofs that cross each other.

▽景观绿化从地面一直延续到屋顶

Landscape extends from the ground to the roof

▽种植与小径穿插，从不同高度去体验整个城市的文化脉络

Planting and trails are interspersed to experience the cultural context of the entire city from different heights.

The steps create public space where people can rest. This is a roof garden that allows people to stay and resonate, thereby creating a sense of belonging
