佛山·和祐国际医院人才社区配套公园

和祐医院，由美的控股出资创办，位于佛山顺德区，总建筑面积58万平方米，是具有全球影响力的国际化、现代化、数字化、智能化的综合医院。我司在其南侧与东侧设计建造了和祐国际医院东侧地块项目、和祐医院周边地块绿化景观提升项目，在和祐医院门口构建了一个大生态共同体，总占地约10万平方米。

Heyou Hospital, funded by Midea Holding, is located in Shunde District, Foshan. With a total construction area of 580,000 square meters, it is an international, modern, digital, and intelligent general hospital of global influence. Our company has designed and constructed the East Plot Project of Heyou International Hospital and the Green Landscape Enhancement Project for the surrounding areas on the southern and eastern sides of the hospital. Together, these projects form a large ecological community at the entrance of Heyou Hospital, covering a total area of approximately 100,000 square meters.

和祐医院周边公园，由人才社区配套公园和医院外市政公园组成。场地三面环水，以“健康 + 生态”为双引擎，致力于为北滘医疗人才构建集生态休闲、健康生活于一体的森系居住范本，提升区域医疗人才生活品质与城市吸引力。

The parks surrounding Heyou Hospital consist of a supporting park for the talent community and an external municipal park. Surrounded by water on three sides, the area adopts "health + ecology" as its dual drivers, aiming to create a forest-inspired residential model that integrates ecological leisure and healthy living for Beijiao's medical talents, thereby enhancing their quality of life and the city's overall appeal.

The landscape design of Heyou Talent Community Park adopts "Forest · Harmony · Beauty" as its philosophical coordinates, deeply integrating ecological wisdom with humanistic care to create a multi-functional, innovative urban forest oasis.

曲线勾勒土地的生命律动，乔木摇曳成诗，花草编织四季，溪流弹奏星光，景石点缀绿荫，这里不仅是公园，更是生态叙事空间。

Curves trace the vital rhythms of the land, trees sway into poetry, flowers weave the tapestry of seasons, streams strum the starlight, and weathered stones accent the verdant shade. This is not merely a park, but an ecological narrative alive with meaning.

岭南季风化作可见韵律，树木低语每个转角。

The Lingnan monsoon becomes a tangible rhythm here, with trees whispering at every turn.

设计通过"生态基底-人文场景-功能复合-技术创新"的四维融合，将公园社区升级为吸引高端人才的生态磁场，承载着"复得返自然"的生活理想。

The design elevates the park community into an ecological magnet for high-end talent through a four-dimensional integration of "ecological foundation, humanistic scenarios, functional composite, and technological innovation," embodying the ideal of "rediscovering the joy of returning to nature."

公园以10万㎡森氧公园为生态基底，通过空间立体塑造与潭州水道等原生地貌的有机融合，形成零污染、高负氧离子的纯净自然场域。

Anchored by a 100,000㎡ forest-oxygen park as its ecological foundation, the design harmoniously blends three-dimensional spatial sculpting with the native topography of the Tanzhou Waterway, creating a pristine, zero-pollution, high-oxygen natural sanctuary.

水岸以自然缓坡收向水面，滨水植物与狼尾草错杂生长，质感随光影流转。

The waterfront embraces the water with gentle undulations, where riparian plants and fountain grass intertwine, their textures shifting with the play of light and shadow.

设计不刻意雕琢，任植物以本真形态铺展，水岸在自然律动中显露出野趣与雅致。

The design avoids artificial polish, allowing vegetation to flourish in its authentic forms, revealing both untamed beauty and subtle elegance through nature’s own rhythms.

通过灵动曲线与通透界面强化水岸互动，将蓝绿资源转化为可参与的景观场景，实现"医-居-教-商"功能模块的立体化整合。

Through fluid curves and transparent interfaces, the design strengthens the connection to the water’s edge, transforming blue-green resources into immersive landscape experiences. This achieves a multi-dimensional integration of medical, residential, educational, and commercial functions.

创新采用"点、线、面"生态网络策略，将社区与周边360°景观资源无缝衔接，形成"森林中的社区，社区里的公园"的共生格局，实现城市与自然生态系统的连续性。

The design innovatively employs a "point, line, plane" ecological network strategy to seamlessly connect the community with its 360° surrounding landscape resources, forming a symbiotic structure of "a community nestled within the forest, a park nestled within the community." This approach ensures continuity between the urban and natural ecosystems.

践行"森林家园"理念，为医护工作者量身定制2km森氧环跑道、亲子游乐、草坪露营、活动剧场等多元活动场景。

Guided by the "Forest Home" concept, the park offers curated spaces for healthcare professionals, including a 2km forest-oxygen running loop, parent-child play areas, lawn camping zones, and an activity theater.

并植入黑松林、观赏草等多维生境，将本土植被、跌水景观与天然石材艺术化重组，满足运动、社交、休憩等全生命周期需求。

Through the artistic integration of black pine groves, ornamental grasses, native vegetation, cascading water features, and natural stone, the design creates multi-dimensional habitats that cater to diverse needs across all life stages—from exercise and socializing to quiet repose.

草阶剧场以层叠绿意铺展大尺度场域，以3%的渐变坡度构建层叠式绿色剧场，形成可容纳300人的弹性活动空间。

The grass amphitheater unfolds as a vast, layered landscape of greenery, featuring a gradual 3% slope that creates a terraced green theater. This versatile space can accommodate up to 300 people for various events.

既满足草坪音乐会、家庭露营等功能需求，又通过15°-25°的斜坡角度设计，创造符合人体工程学的倚坐体验。

Designed to host functions ranging from lawn concerts to family camping, the 15°-25° incline of the slopes provides an ergonomic seating experience for all visitors.

流线型景观廊架以"云卷"为形态意象，遵循自然肌理延展，通体弧曲如流云舒展，立面挑高纤长，比例清雅似植茎拔节。

The streamlined landscape corridor draws inspiration from the form of "unfurling clouds," extending in harmony with the natural terrain. Its sweeping arcs emulate the gentle stretch of flowing clouds, while the elevated, slender facade reflects the elegant proportions of sprouting plant stems.

空间通体通透，现代线条的利落与自然景致的柔婉相融，抬眼便是无遮视野，风光在廊下自在流淌。

The structure maintains visual transparency throughout, blending crisp modern lines with the soft grace of the natural surroundings. This creates uninterrupted sightlines, allowing scenery to flow freely beneath the canopy.

以微地形塑造林间游乐区基底，沙池结合水磨石斜坡形成亲子互动区，攀爬网、蹦床、滑梯等建立体探索系统，乔木冠层形成自然遮荫体系。

The wooded play area is built upon sculpted micro-terrain, where a sand zone merges with terrazzo slopes to create interactive spaces for parents and children. Climbing nets, trampolines, and slides form a three-dimensional exploration system, while the canopy of trees provides natural shading.

The 2,000-meter track winds gracefully along the natural contours of the terrain, guided by the core philosophy of integrating "sports, leisure, and ecology." Through the organic fusion of spatial forms, functional zoning, and natural elements, it creates an innovative composite sports space.

既为跑者铺就安全动线，亦容漫步者闲行、休憩者暂驻，让每一步都成为与自然共处的契机。

Designed to provide a safe route for runners while also accommodating leisurely strollers and those pausing to rest, it transforms every step into an opportunity to connect with nature.

公园不应只是地理坐标，而是流淌在社区血脉中的生活方式。

A park should be more than a geographical marker—it should flow through the community’s veins as a way of life.

我们以自然元素为笔，勾勒出社区中的一片原生绿境，建筑如乔木般自然生长于森林的脉络之中，让每一次归家都成为与自然的重逢。

Using natural elements as our brush, we’ve painted a primordial green sanctuary within the neighborhood. Buildings rise like trees, growing naturally within the forest’s fabric, so that each return home becomes a reunion with nature.

这里没有围墙与道路的割裂，只有土地与居者持续对话的生态剧场。

Here, there are no dividing walls or fragmented paths—only an ecological theater where the land and its dwellers engage in a continuous, meaningful dialogue.
