洪琳燕2006年硕士毕业于北京林业大学,之后来到深圳一直从事景观规划设计工作。其中在深圳市北林苑景观及建筑规划设计院工作长达十几年,曾担任总经理、副总景园师、院长助理等职务;现任深圳媚道风景园林与城市规划设计院执行总景园师。
Hong Linyan graduated with a master's degree from Beijing Forestry University in 2006, and then came to Shenzhen to work in landscape planning and design. Among them, she has worked in Shenzhen BLY Landscape and Architectural Planning and Design Institute for more than ten years. She has served as general manager, deputy chief landscape architect, and assistant to the dean. She is currently the executive chief landscape architect of Shenzhen Meidao Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning and Design Institute.
从业至今,洪琳燕始终保持着一份对风景园林事业的执着与追求,并在长期的一线工作中积累了较为全面的专业技术能力和实践经验。为保证作品的前沿性,她在项目中始终坚持不断学习与创新,与国际先进理念、技术对接,坚持原创,多次以优秀的作品赢得甲方好评。至今累计完成项目近百个,其中负责的重要项目包括深圳前海蛇口自贸区、珠海横琴新区等重要片区的多个景观规划与设计项目,深圳大运会期间大运场馆及大运公园系列项目、多个城市风貌提升规划项目、多个国家城市湿地公园的申报及规划工作等。其中获国内外奖项二十余项,例如前海合作区北区环境整治项目(获国际风景园林师联合会亚太区第十一届风景园林奖(IFLA APR)风景园林优秀规划奖)、前海深港现代服务业合作区景观与绿化专项规划及设计导则(深圳市第十六届优秀优秀城乡规划设计奖二等奖)、深圳湾科技生态园景观工程设计(深圳市第十七届优秀勘察设计奖园林景观类二等奖)、深圳市蛇口邮轮中心船首波公园、步行廊桥景观工程(深圳市第十七届优秀勘察设计奖园林景观类三等奖)等都表现出了较高的水平。
Since her career, Hong Linyan has always maintained a perseverance and pursuit of landscape architecture, and has accumulated more comprehensive professional technical capabilities and practical experience in the long-term front-line work. In order to ensure the cutting-edge of the works, she has always insisted on continuous learning and innovation in the project, docking with international advanced concepts and technologies, insisting on originality, and winning praise from Party A for her excellent works. So far, nearly 100 projects have been completed. 项目位于福建省泉州市,北起晋江河口,南至石狮大道,东临泉州湾,西至晋新路,东至泉州湾,规划总面积约33.30平方公里。规划充分利用现状农田、荒地等有条件地块,近期以“一线、一带,一网、三面”打造一批精品工程,形成“十里望海湾,绵延花中田”的山水田园风光展示带主体景观。远期将打造“看得见山、望得见水、融得入田园、享得了城市、记得了乡愁”的人居环境,提升人民群众的幸福感,打造泉州山水田园城市最具代表性的片区 。
项目创新点:
1、“园溶城”的创新规划理念:景观先行,以景观主导规划,先打城市绿色基底,再嵌入式开展城市建设,城市功能组团与景观相互融合,达到“以园溶城”。
2、“生态连绵带”的有效落地:构建三级景观体系,形成“点、线、面”相叠加的功能复合的蓝绿生态网络系统,达到生态空间的连续性,使生态连绵带真正成为城市生态安全格局的空间载体。
3、具有“时间维度”的规划设计:充分考虑场地现状与未来规划间的巨大差距,以及城市大事件的发生地所需要的景观高品质,将时间维度列入城市建设框架,既满足城市当前的需求又为未来预留可能;同时提出“近远结合”、“永久与临时结合”的原则,系统地推进生态连绵带项目的长效实施,打造“生长的景观”。
4、传统文化与时代科技的展现:注重从泉州传统建筑中提取色彩、材料、文化符号运用在设计中,同时融入现代的结构、功能及智慧景观。
5、理论高度与可实施性并重:在提出总体创新规划理念的同时,重视规划落地的指导性与可实施性,提出具有泉州特色的城市中的山水田园城市打造思路。
The project is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, starting from the Jinjiang River Estuary in the north, Shishi Avenue in the south, Quanzhou Bay in the east, Jinxin Road in the west, and Quanzhou Bay in the east. The total planned area is about 33.30 square kilometers.
The plan is to make full use of the current farmland, wasteland and other conditional plots. Recently, a batch of high-quality projects will be built with "one line, one area, one network, and three sides" to form the main landscape of the landscape and pastoral scenery display belt of "ten miles overlooking the bay and stretching in the middle of the field". In the long run, it will create a living environment that "sees the mountains, sees the water, melts into the countryside, enjoys the city, and remembers homesickness", enhances the happiness of the people, and builds the most representative landscape and garden city in Quanzhou Area.
Project innovation points:
1. Innovative planning concept of "Park City": landscape first, landscape-led planning, first build a green base for the city, and then embed urban construction, urban functional groups and landscapes are integrated with each other to achieve "city melted by gardens".
2. Effective landing of the "ecological continuous belt": constructing a three-level landscape system, forming a blue-green ecological network system with overlapping functions of "points, lines, and surfaces", achieving the continuity of the ecological space and making the ecological continuous belt truly a The spatial carrier of the urban ecological security pattern.
3. Planning and design with "time dimension": Fully consider the huge gap between the current situation of the site and future planning, as well as the high quality of the landscape required by the place where major events occur in the city. The time dimension is included in the urban construction framework to meet the current needs of the city. The demand for the future is reserved for the future; at the same time, the principles of “combination of near and far” and “combination of permanent and temporary” are put forward to systematically promote the long-term implementation of ecological continuous belt projects to create a “growing landscape”.
4. The display of traditional culture and modern technology: focus on extracting colors, materials and cultural symbols from Quanzhou's traditional buildings and applying them in the design, while incorporating modern structures, functions and smart landscapes.

Equal emphasis on theoretical height and feasibility: While proposing the concept of overall innovative planning, it also pays attention to the guidance and feasibility of planning implementation, and puts forward the idea of building a landscape and rural city in a city with Quanzhou characteristics.

项目位于深圳市南山区高新技术产业园南区,东临大沙河,毗邻深圳湾,处于咸淡水交汇的自然生境,是城市水生态系统的重要组成部分。项目用地20.3公顷,其中建筑覆盖率约50%,而景观设计总面积达到29公顷(包括屋顶花园、架空平台和空中花园),是国家级低碳生态示范园区。“智者乐水,仁者乐山”,设计在继承中国传统水文化和生态哲学观的基础上结合现代生态理念,通过“引生境、承天露、生万物”,立足于人与动植物生境和水环境的营造,为居于现代高科技产业园的人们创造“知山知水”的生态美境。项目将实现生态内涵与景观形式的全面融合,构建建筑、景观、生态一体化的“全生命体”人居生态环境,成为山脉-河流-海湾-湿地的山海生态廊道向城市渗透延续的关键生态节点,并促进人们生态意识的提高和生态行为习惯的形成。

The project is located in the southern district of the High-tech Industrial Park in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, adjacent to Dasha River in the east and adjacent to Shenzhen Bay. It is located in a natural habitat where saltwater and fresh water meet, and is an important part of the urban water ecosystem. The project covers an area of 20.3 hectares, of which the building coverage rate is about 50%, and the total landscape design area reaches 29 hectares (including roof gardens, overhead platforms and sky gardens), which is a national low-carbon ecological demonstration park.
"The wise enjoy the water, the benevolent enjoy the mountains", the design combines modern ecological concepts on the basis of inheriting the traditional Chinese water culture and ecological philosophy, and through "inducing the environment, supporting the heavens and dew, and creating all things", it is based on the habitats of people, animals and plants and water The creation of the environment creates an ecological beauty of "knowing the mountains and water" for people living in modern high-tech industrial parks.

深圳蛇口邮轮中心船首波公园设计

蛇口邮轮中心船首波公园项目位于深圳市南山区蛇口太子湾片区最南端,是深圳蛇口未来新的邮轮中心的站前公园。包括2.4万平米的站前公园(即船首波公园)景观设计、邮轮中心西侧6千平米的步行廊桥景观设计和临近的海运路、沁海路全长800米的市政道路景观设计。船首波公园作为海上门户景观,未来将与邮轮中心共同成为城市新地标。在方案的构思上重在思考如何在“形”与“神”上与“船首波”建筑相呼应,我们试图在自然中获取灵感,从船驶过水面形成的波浪和海岸交界处原有的地表机理中提炼出设计的基本线条元素。以“绿浪济航”为主题,不仅在形态上与建筑一气呵成,也寓意在太子湾破浪前行的征途上助以一臂之力。最终形成“一艏当先,四浪济航”的景观结构,以“海浪”作为建筑生命的延续,实现景观与建筑的对话。设计抽取海浪的不同状态,形成不同氛围不同功能的景观空间:“搏浪”广场、“拂浪”广场、“逐浪”历程径、“踏浪”长廊。项目建设注重环境生态、资源节约,结合海绵城市、绿色建筑、栖息地等设计理念,实现生态内涵与景观形式更全面的融合,构建建筑、景观、生态一体化的“全生命体”人居生态环境。
The Bow Wave Deck Park of Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Homeport is located at the southernmost end of the Taiziwan area in Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is the station park for the future new cruise Homeport in Shekou, Shenzhen. Including the 24,000 square meters of station park (i.e. the bow wave park) landscape design, the 6,000 square meters of pedestrian bridge landscape design on the west side of the cruise center, and the adjacent shipping road and Qinhai Road 800 meters of municipal road landscape design.
As the gateway to the sea, the The Bow Wave Deck Park will become a new landmark of the city together with the cruise center in the future. In the conception of the plan, we focused on thinking about how to echo the “head wave” architecture in terms of “shape” and “godness”. We tried to get inspiration from nature, from the waves formed by the boat passing over the water and the original seashore junction. The basic line elements of the design are extracted from the surface mechanism. With the theme of "Green Waves for Navigation", it not only integrates with the architecture in form, but also implies a helping hand in the journey of breaking the waves in Prince Bay. In the end, a landscape structure of "one bow takes the lead, four waves for navigation" is formed, and the "waves" are used as the continuation of architectural life, realizing the dialogue between landscape and architecture. The design extracts the different states of the waves to form landscape spaces with different atmospheres and functions: "Bolang" Square, "Waves" Square, "Zhulang" Course Path, and "Treading Waves" Promenade.
The project construction focuses on environmental ecology, resource conservation, and combines design concepts such as sponge cities, green buildings, and habitats to achieve a more comprehensive integration of ecological connotations and landscape forms, and build a "full life" human settlement ecology integrating architecture, landscape and ecology surroundings.
