PERSONAL PROFILE
逻辑推导的底层设计，产品思维的策划创意，衔接场所的空间故事
麦垦合伙人，华中科技大学风景园林硕士学位，风景园林工程师中级职称，专注于景观设计领域，具有17年工作经验，曾就职于深圳华森、澳大利亚柏涛等知名设计公司，全程把控从项目规划至施工的每个环节。擅长逻辑推导的设计方法和创新创意的设计思维，精准把控不同类型与风格的景观项目。
曾主持多种类型的景观工程设计，多次获得国内专业奖项，在主持设计的住宅、商业、度假酒店和大型公共项目的景观设计中，研讨场地所处城市中的历史承载，延续场所本真特征，赋予场域焕新精神，关注细节的精细化把控，以现代人的角度去诠释传统，追求创新的造型的意义，从艺术、技术、生态等纬度，叠加时代的内涵，应用在景观设计上，呈现场地的传承和文化的多元，赋予项目以特定含义。

In the south of Chuanyins college road, Yuefu and Chuanyin are adjacent to Chuanyin. By using an even star light, lighting art Xinghe, paying tribute to art, building a dual interface between urban sharing and sales display, so that the landscape is open and facing the city.

If Roman holiday is about love, Chongqing holiday is about life.
云雾缭绕，山川成谷，这是重庆给我们的第一印象。我们的设计灵感来源于重庆的“云”，以“云”为主题记录艺术的感知，用现代的设计手法结合自然场景，去描绘与未来相融的理想生活形式——度假感生活。让每位到访者都能体验到属于重庆的特色，而我们的假日时光也从记录云的故事开始....
Mist, mountains and rivers into the valley, it is chongqing first impression to us. Our design inspiration comes from "Cloud" in Chongqing, which records the artistic perception with "cloud" as the theme, and combines the natural scenes with modern design techniques to depict the ideal life style that is in harmony with the future -- a sense of vacation life. So that every visitor can experience the characteristics of Chongqing, and our holiday begins with the story of recording cloud...
建筑立面随着云势起伏，白色石材与透明玻璃碰撞出山谷轨迹，构成了城市展示面的独特形象，彰显生活仪式感。
The facade of the building rises and falls with the clouds, and the white stone and transparent glass collide out of the valley track, which constitutes the beginning of the story of the city,Show the sense of life ceremony.
无数透光的小孔恣意延展，筑起罗马的城墙，连出一段重庆与罗马的情话。几乎纯净的泳池空间中，孔雀绿马赛克铺装与围合座椅一蓝一白，构成抽象的海景印象。坐在弧形拱门下，像是来了场罗马海边度假，美丽又浪漫。
Countless holes of light spread arbitrarily, built the wall of Rome, even out of a section of Chongqing and Rome love words. Almost pure pool space, malachite green Mosaic pavement and surround close seat one LanYiBai, constitute the abstract seascape impression. Sitting under the arc-shaped arch, like a Roman seaside vacation, beautiful and romantic.
扶梯优雅旋转，缠绕纯白日光。自然与现代艺术美学在这里交织，丰富了空间层次，让生活充满光芒。

电竞产业是炙手可热的新经济，新型文化的典型代表。保利梦工场项目是保利华南响应“文化引领”发展战略的新尝试，助力大湾区文化产业发展的新兴业态。梦工场项目电竞馆将引入更多电竞、文创产业上下游企业及配套产业进驻，打造大湾区电竞产业标杆项目。同步规划打造的国家A级电竞馆，也将填补华南区域电竞专业化赛事场地的空白。粤港澳大湾区电竞文创产业中心今后将建立动漫游戏电竞等文化产业集群，从而带动粤港澳大湾区的电竞教育培训、电竞文化、电竞人才，形成产业链齐聚，引领行业发展。
E-sports industry is a hot new economy, new culture typical representative. The Poly Dream Workshop project is a new attempt to respond to the development strategy of "Culture Lead," and a new format to help the development of cultural industry in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Dream Workshop project will introduce more e-sports, cultural and creative industries upstream and downstream enterprises and supporting industries stationed, to build the Bay Area e-sports industry benchmark project. The national A-level e-sports hall, which is planned at the same time, will fill the blank of professional e-sports venues in South China. The Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area E-sports Culture and Creative Industry Center will set up animation games e-sports and other cultural industry clusters in the future. Thus, the e-sports education and training, e-sports culture and e-sports talents in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will form an industrial chain gathering and lead the development of the industry.
项目位于广东省佛山南海三山片区，地处场地交通最便捷地段。保利华南对项目的定位是打造粤港湾首个电竞主题产业项目。建筑规划的业态比较丰富，包括电竞产业园、产业办公、商业、LOFT公寓、青年公寓、长租公寓等等。所以，麦垦景观提出符合电竞气质的设计主题—红与蓝的对决。
The project is located in Sanshan District, Nanhai, Foshan, Guangdong Province, which is the most convenient location. Poly South China for the project positioning is to create the first Guangdong Harbor e-sports theme industry project. Architecture planning formats are rich, including e-sports industrial park, industrial office, commercial, LOFT apartment, youth apartment, long-term rental apartment and so on. Therefore, ACA Macken Landscape proposed a design theme in line with the temperament of e-sports - Red versus Blue.
对抗与融合看似是一对矛盾体，在这里却是一个永恒的旋律。展示区的主要业态分为电竞与产业办公两个板块，设计以电竞主题为切入点，通过营销体验将整个场地联系在一起；将年轻人未来的生活方式，社交方式，工作方式串联起来，营造一个多元化的属于年轻人的乌托邦。
Confrontation and integration seems to be a pair of contradictions, but there is an eternal melody. The main format of the exhibition area is divided into two sections: E-Sports and industrial office. The design takes e-sports as the entry point, linking the whole venue through marketing experience. The way young people will live in the future.
