提起大庆，人们最先想到的往往是“石油之城”的深刻印象。城市因油田而兴，形成了浓烈而独特的工业气息。然而，当真正来到这里，沿着湖岸缓缓前行，眼前呈现出另一番景象：湖水环绕，波光粼粼；植被丰茂，绿意弥漫。工业的韵律与自然的风光奇异交融，这种刚硬与柔性之间的对话，构成了大庆独特的城市基因，也为此次的项目提供了特殊的语境——滨洲湖畔，一处湖岸与工业遗存交织的自在场。

When people think of Daqing, what often comes to mind first is its profound image as an “oil city.” The city rose because of its oilfields, shaping a strong and distinctive industrial character. Yet upon arriving here and strolling slowly along the lakeshore, another scene unfolds: waters glisten under the sunlight, lush vegetation spreads its greenery. The rhythms of industry and the beauty of nature intertwine in an unusual harmony. This dialogue between hardness and softness forms the unique genetic code of Daqing, and it provides a special context for our project—by Binzhou Lake, where the shoreline meets remnants of industry, creating a place of ease and openness.

过去，这里曾为一处遗存的老码头，由长期闲置的办公宿舍和食堂组成，沉淀着城市发展的记忆。如今，我们与城发集团联合打造，以“工业学大庆”的重燃精神为内核，将这片场域转化为持续制造话题的“城市更新自然秀场”，在兼顾人们拍照传播需求与深度感官体验的同时，实现商业价值与在地认同的双重激活。

In the past, this place was a remnant of an old wharf, consisting of long-abandoned office dormitories and a canteen, carrying the memories of the city’s development. Today, together with the Urban Development Group, we are reimagining it with the rekindled spirit of “Industrial Daqing” at its core, transforming the site into a “nature-inspired urban renewal stage” that continuously generates new topics of conversation. By balancing the needs of photo-sharing and deep sensory experiences, the project achieves a dual activation of both commercial value and local identity.

城市之中，被遗忘的老码头等待重生

A forgotten old pier in the city awaits its rebirth.

这里是环湖居民散步、慢跑、骑行会经过的重要节点，也承载着人们日常生活的自然节奏。设计希望通过改造赋予这个场地全新的角色：它不仅是这座城市新的打卡点，更是人们在行走或骑行途中可以停留、放松身心的舒适场所，感受湖光水色带来的宁静与愉悦。

Here, along the lakeshore, lies an important node where local residents pass by on their walks, jogs, and bike rides—a place that carries the natural rhythm of daily life. Through design, we seek to endow this site with a new role: not only as a fresh landmark for the city, but also as a comfortable stop along the way, where people can pause, unwind, and embrace the tranquility and delight offered by the lake’s shimmering waters and scenic beauty.

对于当下的年轻人来说，消费并不是降级，而是转变了。从“性价比”转向“质价比”，从功能需求升华为情感共鸣。商业的边界正在消融，所有品牌终将成为生活方式品牌。

For today’s young generation, consumption is not a downgrade but a transformation. It has shifted from “cost-effectiveness” to “value-for-quality,” from fulfilling functional needs to evoking emotional resonance. The boundaries of commerce are dissolving, and ultimately, every brand will become a lifestyle brand.

在绿意中延续的舒适场域

A Living Space Embraced by Greenery

改造过程中，通过“轻介入”的策略，设计尽可能保留建筑原有的低矮形态，使其与湖岸的尺度和氛围保持共生。地面引入彩色涂鸦，以平面介入的方式增强场地的艺术属性和视觉层次。整体以水泥灰为基调，让建筑在环境中退让，由绿意自然地包裹，并向湖水方向延伸，形成环境与建筑之间的柔和过渡。

During the renovation, a “light-touch” strategy was adopted, allowing the original low-rise form of the building to be preserved as much as possible, so that it coexists harmoniously with the scale and atmosphere of the lakeshore. Colorful graffiti was introduced on the ground, enhancing the site’s artistic character and visual layering through a planar intervention. The overall cement-gray palette allows the architecture to recede into the environment, softly embraced by greenery and extending toward the lake, creating a gentle transition between the building and its natural surroundings.

外围原本杂乱的植被经梳理与重塑，保留了部分具有阵列感与良好形态的植株，其余则修整为开阔的草坪。由此，建立起场地与湖面之间的视觉通廊。林间设置了独立片区的灯光变幻，在保持自然基调的同时，增强夜间互动体验。草坪作为留白区域，具备高度的功能适应性，既与湖景形成连贯对话，也具备持续运营和艺术更新的可能性。

The originally cluttered vegetation on the periphery was reorganized and reshaped, with some plants of strong alignment and good form preserved, while the rest were trimmed into an open lawn. This created a visual corridor connecting the site with the lake. Dynamic lighting installations were introduced in independent zones among the trees, enhancing nighttime interactivity while maintaining the natural atmosphere. The lawn, serving as a spatial “blank canvas,” offers high functional adaptability—establishing a continuous dialogue with the lakescape while also enabling possibilities for sustained operations and ongoing artistic renewal.

在湖边，我们设置了一处与保留下来的树木形成咬合关系的景观构筑物，内墙面覆以镜面，将湖面、树影与流动的天光反射于表面，形成持续变化的虚实视觉交互。它既界定出不同的社交场景，又保持了场地整体的开放性与流动性。

By the lakeside, we introduced a landscape installa- tion that interlocks with the preserved trees, creating a dialogue between architecture and nature. The inner walls are clad in mirrored surfaces, reflecting the lake, tree shadows, and shifting daylight to generate a continuously changing interplay of reality and illusion. This gesture not only defines diverse social scenes but also preserves the overall openness and fluidity of the site.

入口设计以一座龙门吊作为场地的核心标识，其灵感源于场地原有的码头工业记忆。这一结构不仅是对场所历史的当代回应，更以强烈的视觉形式成为城市更新的鲜明符号。通过海报强化视觉张力，不断吸引人群驻足互动，营造出兼具仪式感和剧场性的入场体验。

The entrance is defined by a gantry crane, serving as the site’s core landmark and drawing inspiration from the dockside industrial heritage once rooted here. This structure is not only a contemporary response to the site’s history, but also a striking visual emblem of urban renewal. Amplified by poster installations, it heightens visual impact, continuously attracting visitors to pause and interact, while shaping an entry experience imbued with both theatricality and a sense of ritual.

场地由两栋建筑组成，这里承载了咖啡、精酿、文创和共享沙龙，空间大面积的开窗模糊了室内外的边界，使得活动可以自然延伸到外场与湖岸，人们在此既是体验者，也是场所的主角。这样的场景化表达，让场域成为湖畔城市新生活的具象呈现。

The site consists of two buildings that host coffee, craft beer, cultural and creative retail, and shared salons. Large-scale openings blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, allowing activities to naturally extend into the exterior spaces and along the lakeshore. Here, people are not only participants but also protagonists of the place. This scenographic expression transforms the site into a tangible manifestation of new urban life by the lake.

在设计过程中，原始工业结构得以充分保留并转化为场景叙事的核心元素。裸露的内部结构，水泥质感墙面以及原有暖气片与管道经银色喷漆处理，软装选择在延续粗犷工业基调的同时，赋予其统一的当代视觉语言。

During the design process, the original industrial structure was carefully preserved and transformed into a core element of the spatial narrative. Exposed structural frameworks, cement-textured walls, and the existing radiators and pipelines—treated with silver spray paint—were retained. The soft furnishings continue the raw industrial character while introducing a cohesive contemporary visual language.

精酿区域的吧台犹如机械装置，在水泥肌理背景下更显力量感。夜幕降临时，灯光从背后的酒架与玻璃杯间洒落，折射出层层光影，为空间增添了富有氛围感的气息。场域的变化与多元消费场景紧密结合延长了客人在夜间的停留时间，为场地的运营活力带来可持续价值。

The bar in the craft area resembles a mechanical installation, its presence accentuated against the textured cement backdrop. As night falls, light filters through the backlit shelves and glassware, casting layered reflections that add warmth and atmosphere, making the space a focal point for evening social activity. The evolving ambiance, closely integrated with diverse consumption scenarios, naturally encourages visitors to linger at night, generating sustainable operational vitality for the venue.

现场原有的红砖墙被保留并裸露呈现，借助材质本身的肌理与历史感，传递出场地的原始叙事。砖墙与金属的并置形成粗犷与精致的视觉碰撞，在对比中强化了空间的张力与记忆点。

The site’s original red brick walls were preserved and left exposed, allowing their texture and sense of history to convey the site’s raw narrative. The juxtaposition of brick and metal creates a visual collision between ruggedness and refinement, enhancing the spatial tension and leaving a strong impression of memory.

通过多层次的功能分区与氛围营造，满足从个体打卡到群体社交的多样化使用需求。一层散座区采用灵活可变的拼合布局，墙面以视觉海报丰富艺术叙事。独立打卡区结合落地窗户，将内部体验与外部湖景、草坪视野相连，形成内外交互的视觉焦点。顶面运用可变色灯光膜，以未来感的光影强化空间场景。二层设置独立VIP区域，配备黑胶音乐，营造私密而具有文化质感的社交场景，进一步提升空间体验的专属性。

Through multi-layered functional zoning and atmospheric design, the space accommodates diverse needs ranging from individual check-ins to group social activities. On the first floor, the flexible modular seating layout allows for adaptability, while visual posters on the walls enrich the artistic narrative. A dedicated check-in zone integrates with floor-to-ceiling windows, connecting the interior experience with views of the lake and lawn, creating a focal point of visual interaction between inside and outside. The ceiling incorporates a color-changing lighting membrane, reinforcing the spatial scene with a futuristic play of light and shadow. The second floor houses an exclusive VIP area, equipped with vinyl music to create a private and culturally rich social setting, further enhancing the exclusivity of the spatial experience.

城市更新的自然秀场

Urban Renewal as a Stage of Nature

在另一栋建筑里，设计延续了充满未来感的可变色光影，增强空间的戏剧性。灯光下放置的架子鼓，不仅是一个功能乐器，更如同一处即兴舞台的象征，邀请人们在此释放创造力与情绪，仿佛随时可开启一场不受拘束的表演。这不仅满足了年轻人对互动和新鲜感的需求，也为场域带来持续的话题性。

In the other building, the design continues the use of futuristic, color-changing light effects to heighten the sense of drama within the space. A drum set placed under the lights functions not only as a musical instrument but also as a symbol of an impromptu stage, inviting people to unleash their creativity and emotions, as if a spontaneous performance could begin at any moment. This approach not only caters to young people’s desire for interaction and novelty but also ensures the venue remains a constant source of engagement and conversation.

建筑在不破坏原始结构的情况下最大化开窗营造通透的空间体验，将自然光线与外部绿意引入室内。原有的红砖墙面作为历史肌理被完整保留，呈现出真实的质感基底。软装以工业风为核心，营造多层次的打卡氛围。来到这里的人可在此自由探索、互动与拍摄，在工业基调与自然景观的交融中，自定义属于个人的空间体验与记忆瞬间。

The architecture maximizes openings without com- promising the original structure, creating a transparent spatial experience that brings natural light and surrounding greenery indoors. The existing red brick walls are fully preserved as historical textures, presenting an authentic material foundation. Interior furnishings adopt an industrial aesthetic, shaping a multi-layered, photogenic atmosphere. Visitors are free to explore, interact, and capture moments here—crafting their own personal experiences and memories within the fusion of industrial character and natural landscape.

空间的视觉焦点放在活动与湖景的互动上。借助自然光与窗外景致，湖岸成为活动的延伸，使人们的体验始终与环境绑定。让空间中的人自然成为场景的主角，营造出一种日常而富有生活气息的氛围。

The visual focus of the space is placed on the interaction between activities and the lakeside scenery. Utilizing natural light and views through the windows, the shoreline becomes an extension of the activities, keeping people’s experiences closely connected with the environment. Visitors naturally become the protagonists within the scene, creating an everyday atmosphere imbued with a sense of life and vitality.

光影与水波、风声与树影成为日常的一部分。在此停留时，并非在封闭的空间里，而是始终与湖岸相互呼应，感受到一种惬意的共生关系。这里不仅提供消费产品，更是作为生活方式的引导者介入日常，让场所自然生成可感知的价值。

Light and shadow, rippling water, the sound of the wind, and the movement of trees become part of daily life. When staying here, one is not confined within an enclosed space but continually in dialogue with the lakeside, experiencing a serene sense of coexistence. The space not only offers consumable products but also acts as a subtle guide to a lifestyle, allowing the site to naturally generate perceivable value.

黑胶唱片、复古车与书籍摆件精心陈列，形成兼具叙事性与自由感的场景组合。这些元素在粗犷与精致、复古与当代之间构建出丰富的视觉层次。每一处细节均构成打卡画面中富有张力的背景，在社交媒体传播中持续塑造空间的身份辨识度与情绪吸引力。

Vinyl records, vintage cars, and decorative books are carefully arranged to create a scene that balances narrative depth with a sense of freedom. These elements weave together contrasts of ruggedness and refinement, vintage and contemporary, forming a rich visual hierarchy. Every detail contributes to a visually compelling backdrop for photo opportunities, continuously reinforcing the space’s identity and emotional appeal across social media.

陈列的唱片呈现出秩序感与节奏，与裸露的管道及高窗引入的绿意相结合，共同营造出滨州小院独有的活力氛围，以及自然与工业交织的感受。这样一个个性化、未被固化定义的空间，回应了人们多样化且不被定义的情感需求，也为年轻人随时分享的行为创造了场景，使空间成为充满活力的“城市更新自然秀场”。

The displayed records convey a sense of order and rhythm, combined with the exposed pipes and the greenery brought in through the high windows, collectively creating the unique vibrancy of the Binzhou courtyard and an atmosphere where nature and industry intertwine. This personalized, undefined space responds to people’s diverse and non-prescriptive emotional needs, while also creating scenarios for young people’s desire for shareable moments, making the space a lively “urban renewal natural showcase.”

通过“弱设计”实现商业价值

文旅赋能实现城市遗存的价值重塑，激发城市的内在活力。将这片被遗忘的湖岸，重塑为一处能唤醒城市新生力量的“情感地标”。期望通过这一系列设计介入，渐进式优化城市质感，让滨洲湖沿线蜕变为一个包容、开放、充满生命力的城市公共界面。这不仅只是一次业态复活改造，更是一场关于城市美好生活方式的生动实践。

By empowering cultural tourism, the value of urban heritage is redefined, igniting the city’s inner vitality. This once-forgotten lakeshore is being reshaped into an “emotional landmark” that awakens new urban energy. Through a series of design interventions, we aim to gradually enhance the city’s texture and transform the Binzhou Lake waterfront into an inclusive, open, and vibrant urban public interface. This is not merely a revival of business formats, but a vivid practice in shaping a better urban lifestyle.
