景观即建筑是杰弗里·巴瓦的核心设计哲学之一，强调建筑与自然环境的不可分割性, 模糊室内与室外、人工与自然的界限，创造出一种有机融合的空间体验。

Landscape is architecture is one of Geoffrey Bawa's core design philosophies, emphasizing the inseparability of architecture and natural environment, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, artificial and natural, and creating an organically integrated spatial experience.

本案立足“三亚主场”，背靠不断发展的科技城，面向北纬18°的海岸风情。我们汲取度假美学灵感，希望打造具有热带风情的高阶作品，定制崖州湾人居新坐标。

This project is based in the "home field of Sanya", backed by the continuously developing science and technology city, and facing the coastal style of 18° north latitude. We draw inspiration from holiday aesthetics and hope to create a high-end work with tropical style and customize a new coordinate for the human settlement of Yazhou Bay.

方案思考|SOLUTION THINKING

▼空间结构推演Spatial structure deduction

以"无界渗透"为核心手法，打破建筑与景观的物理界限，通过流动的空间叙事重构场域精神，以有机形态构建具有呼吸感的散点式空间。

With “boundaryless permeability” as the core design approach, the project breaks the physical limits between architecture and landscape, reconstructing the site’s spirit through a fluid spatial narrative and creating a dispersed layout of organically shaped, breathable spaces.

我们希望以酒店的设计逻辑、视线逻辑完成对项目空间的赋能。并通过建筑与景观的设计整体性，在多个维度的协同中，展现出“无界之域”的共融性与舒适性。

We aim to enhance the project space through the design logic and visual strategies commonly used in hotels. By ensuring architectural and landscape integration, the project seeks to express a sense of boundless harmony and comfort through multi-dimensional coordination.

对递进式空间的序列营造：以标志性景观构筑物强化昭示性，形成视觉记忆锚点；运用透景、框景手法塑造酒店式礼仪轴线；重构沉浸式归家动线，通过微地形起伏与景观小品植入，打造多样化的度假体验，最终实现"仪式感"与"度假感"的有机融合。

The sequence of progressive spaces is created by: using iconic landscape structures to enhance visibility and form visual memory anchors; using perspective and frame techniques to shape the hotel-style etiquette axis; reconstructing the immersive homecoming route, creating a diverse vacation experience through micro-topography and landscape placement, and ultimately achieving an organic fusion of "ritual sense" and "vacation sense".

自在生活

“自在”是在地韵律疗愈身心的沉浸，“自在”是享受海岛风情度假的确幸。

"Freedom" is to immerse yourself in the local rhythm to heal your body and mind, and "freedom" is the true happiness of enjoying an island-style vacation.

自然不期而至，在自在之境描画生命的本真。第二居所不仅是空间的延伸，更是繁华静谧的转身——当推开门扉的刹那，喧嚣自动退散为背景，只留下阳光与海风的原始对话。自然而在，自在之处。走进第二居所，回归心灵的静谧。

Nature comes unexpectedly, depicting the true nature of life in a free state. The second home is not only an extension of space, but also a turning point of prosperity and tranquility - when the door is opened, the hustle and bustle automatically retreats into the background, leaving only the original dialogue between the sun and the sea breeze. Nature is there, and it is at ease. Enter the second home and return to the tranquility of the soul.

自在的到达——抵达之境

Arrival in Ease｜Arrival

度假的氛围，往往在抵达的那一刻就已经产生。社区前场的“降噪设计——海礁度假景观”，演绎城市之中的静谧场域，实现从“归家仪式感”到“城市度假”的心理转场。

The holiday atmosphere is often created the moment you arrive. The "noise reduction design - sea reef resort landscape" in front of the community interprets the quiet space in the city and realizes the psychological transition from "homecoming ritual" to "city vacation".

我们以高大的热带乔木、独特的沙生植物、海礁景观营造安静克制的前场空间，构建出柔和过渡的归家氛围。

We use tall tropical trees, unique sand plants, and sea reef landscapes to create a quiet and restrained front field space, constructing a soft transition home atmosphere.

在光与影的界面交替中，空间回归自然本质，城市与度假在此交融。归家不再是日常的重复，而是开启另一种生活方式的前奏。

In the alternation of light and shadow, the space returns to its natural essence, where the city and vacation blend together. Going home is no longer a daily repetition, but a prelude to another lifestyle.

自在的归家——洄游之境

Homecoming with Grace｜Migratory Realm

内嵌洄游入口，营造隐入城心的目的地质感。在现有入口基础上，以更多树池等自然元素进行点位优化，建构一种隐于自然、隐于城心的空间质感，进而在归家的洄游中，收获宁静而静谧的享受。

The built-in migratory entrance creates a sense of destination hidden in the city center. Based on the existing entrance, more natural elements such as tree pools are used to optimize the location, constructing a spatial texture hidden in nature and in the city center, so that people can enjoy peace and tranquility in the migratory journey back home.

老桩铁冬青似乎在与来者喃喃低语。双面入口围合成静谧内院，结合连廊空间与水景互动，形成前场仪式空间。

The old olive trees seem to be whispering to the visitors. The double-sided entrances enclose a quiet inner courtyard, which is combined with the corridor system and the waterscape to form a front-stage ritual space.

空间在舒展中建立亲密感，视线与步伐皆随动线自然延伸，营造出归家的期待与体面。

The space creates a sense of intimacy in its stretching, and the sight and pace extend naturally along the movement lines, creating the anticipation and dignity of returning home.

连廊串联不同场景，回应从接待、参观到归家的完整旅程。

The corridors connect different scenes, responding to the complete journey from reception, visit to homecoming.

自在的观涛——行停之境

Courtyard with Water｜The State of Stopping

中庭水院以“高差”为基调，静水面、叠水墙、水面倒影与热带植物，以不同的自然意向抚平心绪。

The atrium water courtyard is based on the theme of "height difference". The still water surface, cascading water walls, water reflections and tropical plants soothe the mind with different natural intentions.

建筑与景观互为渗透，檐下空间与水面交错相连，丰富观赏动线。

The building and the landscape penetrate each other, and the space under the eaves is intertwined with the water surface, enriching the viewing route.

乌桕拉起空间的骨架，在波光潋滟与树影婆娑中，访者可以自然放慢脚步，感受度假生活的闲适节奏。

The Chinese tallow trees form the framework of the space. Amid the rippling water and swaying tree shadows, visitors can naturally slow down their pace and feel the leisurely rhythm of holiday life.

自在的檐下——观心之境

Beneath the Eaves｜The State of Mind

屋檐下，是在阳光下裁剪出的生活留白。

Under the eaves, there is a blank space for life cut out in the sun.

舒展的屋檐连通建筑与景观，形成一系列富有节奏的半室外空间。

The stretched eaves connect the building and the landscape, forming a series of rhythmic semi-outdoor spaces.

连廊系统的渗透，创造热带舒适的廊下体验。

The penetration of the corridor system creates a tropical and comfortable corridor experience.

檐下小坐，既能远眺水面起伏，也能邻里偶遇寒暄，于光影流动中感受生活的松弛。

Sitting under the eaves, you can not only look out at the undulating water, but also chat with your neighbors occasionally and feel the relaxation of life in the flow of light and shadow.

自在的水上——游赏之境

Floating Club｜Moments of Leisure by the Water

全龄欢享的泳池CLUB，聚变社区的活力浓度。以泳池、戏水池为核心，联合外围卡座、休闲区、自然花园的延伸空间，围合出一处功能复合的户外无边泳池。

The pool club for all ages brings vitality to the community. With the swimming pool and paddling pool as the core, the extended space of the peripheral booths, leisure area and natural garden is combined to form an outdoor infinity pool with multiple functions.

形成相互融合、相互渗透的一体化的魅力生活场，激发社区的生命力。

It forms an integrated and charming living space that integrates and penetrates each other, and stimulates the vitality of the community.

夜幕降临，水面灯光浮动，水吧低语交汇，一场热带海岛的度假体验悄然展开。

As night falls, lights float on the water, whispers flow from the water bar, and a tropical island vacation experience quietly unfolds.

自在的听屿——林下之境

Sheltered by Trees｜Where Calm and Community Meet.

林下听屿以热带雨林的花园植入，上演返璞归真的野奢之美。流动式的游赏路径，为社区定制一处热带的漫旅。以热带花果的明亮与鲜艳，开启热带生活的季相之约。

Beneath the forest canopy, “Sheltered by Trees” unfolds as a garden inspired by the tropical rainforest, revealing the raw elegance of nature-infused luxury. Meandering pathways invite leisurely exploration, crafting a tropical journey tailored for the community. The vivid colors and brightness of tropical flowers and fruits mark the changing seasons of a vibrant tropical lifestyle.

每一步前行，都似掀开雨林神秘面纱的一角，这处被时光遗忘的绿穹，正以原始的生命力重塑着人们对遁世之美的想象。

Every step forward is like unveiling a corner of the mysterious veil of the rainforest. This green dome forgotten by time is reshaping people's imagination of the beauty of seclusion with its primitive vitality.

后场空间以“林下社交”为主线，构建多功能的架空层与宅间绿荫空间。

The back-of-house space is based on the theme of "socializing under the forest", constructing a multifunctional elevated floor and green space between houses.

我们利用热带乔木、石材大板铺地与亲人尺度的座椅布局，营造既安静私密、又适合交流的社群场域。

We use tropical trees, stone slabs and family-sized seats to create a community space that is both quiet and private, and suitable for communication.

架空层内外元素的无界交融，为生活赋予度假式场景。

The seamless integration of internal and external elements on the elevated floor gives life a resort-like scene.

结语|EPILOGUE

我们以景观叙事重构度假体验，以三亚的热带景观为基底，建筑退隐为自然的配角，让雨林的层次、岛屿的灵动成为生活的主场。现代设计解构原始雨林，让居所成为自然延伸的生态艺术。在这里，隐居是与自然同频的艺术，度假是每天醒来的日常。

We reconstruct the holiday experience with landscape narrative, taking Sanya's tropical landscape as the base, and letting the architecture retreat to become a supporting role in nature, so that the layers of the rainforest and the agility of the island become the main stage of life. Modern design deconstructs the original rainforest, making the residence an ecological art that extends from nature. Here, seclusion is an art that is in tune with nature, and vacation is a daily routine when you wake up.
