中设广场1951广场以“步行有趣，城市有美，万物有时”为主旨，建设精美长沙。设计借助建筑界面、风亭界面、自然地形、空间渗透等手法进行设计，屏蔽杂乱景象，建立新的空间秩序。利用风亭界面形成空间围合，再利用植物进行空间过渡和渗透，将建筑与景观场地有机结合，使之重新赋予生命力。中设广场1951是城市空间环境中最丰富的具有艺术魅力的公共开放性空间，提高东塘以及长沙人民的幸福指数。

1951 Square to "walk interestingly, the city has beauty, everything sometimes" as the main theme, building beautiful Changsha.With the help of architectural interface, wind pavilion interface, natural terrain, space penetration and other techniques to design, shielding clutter scene, to establish a new space order. The interface of the wind pavilion is used to form the space enclosure, and then the plants are used for the space transition and infiltration, and the architecture and the landscape site are organically combined to give it vitality again. Square 1951 is the most abundant public open space with artistic charm in urban space environment, which improves the happiness index of Dongtang and Changsha people.

因地铁造成2个风亭以及1个疏散楼梯对景观形成的不利影响,不利元素设计整合为景观亮点；

以圣经中最优美的一首诗，来表达在设计建造中蕴含的城市信仰精神，“建造有时”，2020年的广场，这是中机适逢其时体现对城市建设的担当与责任，也是对美好社会的反哺与奉献。
