Zhonghai Yunzhu Lake Residence is located in the core of the four nuclei of the North Longhu Lake in Jingshui District of Zhengzhou City, as a new core location for the development of Zhengzhou, enjoying the convenient transportation, access to the whole city, and enjoying the perfect medical, leisure, commercial, educational and other ancillary facilities in the plate. South of the municipal park, adjacent to a line of canals, surrounded by nature on three sides, the living environment is unique, the design of the space to explore, the home in nature, to create a bustling city center in the "urban paradise".

方案创意塑造了空间、赋予了功能、设定了氛围；深化设计把方案创意逐一分析、梳理、拆解而输出施工蓝图；施工团队则把蓝图逐项、逐步兑现成实景。景观专业设计到施工的每一个阶段都是环环相扣、紧密交接，每个阶段需按时按质交出固化成果。由于场地条件、相关专业在实时更新，深化设计及施工过程中十分需要一定应变意识和措施。项目的成功落地，离不开各阶段团队的努力付出，用匠心打造每一个空间，同时也要感谢业主团队专业的引导、敬业的把控和协调。不负时光，感怀于行，持续携手，共同推进

The program creativity shapes the space, gives the function, and sets the atmosphere; the deepening design analyzes, combs, and disassembles the program creativity one by one and outputs the construction blueprint; and the construction team cashes in the blueprint one by one and step by step into the actual scene. Landscape professional design to construction of each stage is interlocked, close handover, each stage needs to be delivered on time and according to the quality of curing results. Due to the site conditions, the relevant specialties in real-time update, deepen the design and construction process is very much in need of certain contingency awareness and measures. The success of the project is inseparable from the efforts of the team at all stages to create each space with craftsmanship, and thanks to the owner's team for their professional guidance, dedicated control and coordination.
