万华武汉项目麓洲生态城，延续成都麓湖核心基因：规划贯通地块内天然水系，重构亲水度假IP，复刻成都麓湖滨水活力。麓客岛选址于项目版图最核心的岛区，和成都麓客岛一样，利用远期开发用地打造都市近郊型微度假目的地，达成品牌造势、文旅引流、品牌孵化的目标，总规划面积20万㎡。

The Wanhua Wuhan project has been named Luxeisland Eco-City, carrying forward the core DNA of Chengdu's LuxeLake Eco-City: the plan integrates the natural waterways within the site, and replicates the vibrant waterfront atmosphere of Chengdu's LuxeLake Eco-City. Lukeisland is situated in the most central island area of the project's master plan. Similar to Chengdu LuxeLake Eco-City, it utilizes long-term development land to create a micro-vacation destination near the city, achieving goals of brand promotion, cultural tourism attraction, and brand incubation. With a total planned area of 200,000 square meters.

一期开放的空间集中在西岛，西岛面积约170000㎡，一期开放面积约120000㎡，是一个业态丰富，可独立运营的公园综合体。西岛作为麓客岛内陆腹地进深较大，如何提升其文旅景观价值是景观重要工作。场地的趣味性来自于地形对人视觉和体感的反馈。我们利用弃土堆山的方式进行地形重塑，配合土方平衡需求，构成一高两低的三个制高点，形成山头之间的对望关系，成为全岛视线焦点。

The first phase of the park focuses on West Island, covering approximately 120,000 square meters. This self-contained park features diverse amenities and can operate independently. Landscape architects reshaped the terrain by using excavated soil to create three elevated points—one high and two low—forming a visual connection between the two peaks that serves as the island's focal point.

相对高差达17米的山脊给人们提供了在山顶漫步俯瞰湖区岛链的视野，也将场地自然划分出山丘、谷地等丰富的地形地貌，不同主题的山地度假业态散落其间。以“坐岛听风观山湖”的大地景观肌理，提供“类海岛放空体验”。

The ridge, with a relative elevation difference of 17 meters, offers panoramic views of the lake's island chain from its summit while naturally dividing the terrain into diverse topography such as hills and valleys. Scattered throughout are themed mountain resort facilities, creating an island-like experience where one can listen to the wind, gaze upon the mountains, and meditate.

通过景观设计的手法对场地进行留白，预留未来新业态引入和功能迭代的弹性。包括森之剧场、小岛动物农场、天梯草坪、勇者之丘、水线公园等场景已悉数呈现。其中，森之剧场、小岛动物农场、天梯草坪、水线公园由纬图担任景观设计，勇者之丘由纬图做担任规划概念设计，奥雅设计担任方案及深化设计。

Through landscape design techniques, the site incorporates negative space to accommodate future new developments. Features including the Forest Theater, Island Animal Farm, Sky Ladder Lawn, BraveHill, and Waterline Park have all been fully realized. Among these, Forest Theater, Island Animal Farm, Sky Ladder Lawn, and Waterline Park were designed by WTD GROUP. Bravet Hill was conceptualized by WTD GROUP Landscape Architecture, with L&A GROUP handling the schematic and detailed design.

森之剧场

Forest Theater

从麓客岛码头上岸之后就是森之剧场，这是一片2000㎡的平坦如熨的大草坪，四周以草阶大树包裹，形成一个环绕式剧场空间，可承载音乐节，戏剧节，电影节，艺术派对、露营集市等大型户外活动。

Upon disembarking from the pier lies the Forest Theater, a 2,000-square-meter flat lawn encircled by grassy terraces and towering trees. This amphitheater-style space hosts large-scale outdoor events such as music festivals, theater festivals, film festivals, art parties, and camping markets.

小岛动物农场

Island Animal Farm

穿过森之剧场，在自然山谷之中隐藏着一个好似外星球的火星主题农场——小岛动物农场。小岛动物农场是成都麓客岛农场商业模式的延续，作为一期呈现最重要的商业运营空间。

Beyond the Forest Theater, nestled within a natural valley, lies a Mars-themed farm that resembles an alien planet—Animal Farm. The farm stands as one of the most important commercial operations on Luk Island.

以“火星”为题，巨大的鹅卵石造型建筑自由散落在场地中形成主要的视觉焦点和建筑功能，动物圈舍以覆土的方式隐藏于山体之中，景观以红土荒漠主题为主线营造一系列异域风情的互动休闲场景。

The farm adopts a “Mars” theme, with massive pebble-shaped structures scattered freely across the site to form the primary visual focal points and functional buildings. Animal enclosures are concealed within the hillside through earth-covered construction. The landscape design centers on a red-soil desert theme, creating a series of exotic leisure settings.

作为商业农场，景观设计将运营前置，所有流线、功能、布局、场景都与后期经营需求紧密关联，兼具游玩、社交、亲子、美学属性。

As a commercial farm, landscape design prioritizes operational efficiency, with all circulation paths, functions, layouts, and settings closely aligned with future operational needs. It integrates recreational, social, family-friendly, and aesthetic attributes.

我们在这一小方天地中创造更多元的互动场景，入口区的市集空间、中心场景的舞台表演空间以及大草坪，可完全满足后期运营对于不同规模与类型活动所需。动线设置为一条环线，植入动物零食商店，动物圈舍区、动物游走区、舞台表演区、大型剧场派对等多个功能分区，空间紧凑有节奏。

Within this compact space, we've crafted diverse landscape settings—from the market area at the entrance to the central stage and expansive lawn—fully meeting operational needs. The circulation route forms a loop, integrating multiple functional zones: an animal snack shop, animal enclosures, roaming areas, stage performance spaces, and a large theater party venue. The layout remains compact and rhythmically organized.

动物圈舍的设计巧妙利用与山体的高差，将建筑体沿着山体自然弧线以半覆土的方式消隐在山体之间，在不增加多余的硬质建筑影响农场的生态体验的同时，让农场与山体浑然一体，实现与周边地块的自然衔接。

The animal enclosures are ingeniously designed to leverage the elevation difference with the mountainside. The structures are partially buried along the natural contours of the hillside, blending seamlessly into the landscape. This approach avoids introducing excessive hard-surface structures that could disrupt the farm's ecological experience, allowing the farm to become one with the mountains and achieve a natural connection with the surrounding terrain.

一座空中栈桥连接起农场两边的坡地，既是交通流线，也是观景栈道。栈桥犹如丛林飞桥，在空中划出一条跳跃的红线，为平面的空间增加立体山野趣味。桥体两端采用镂空绳索，人走在上面摇摇晃晃，犹如漂浮在林间，为景观提供更多视角。

An aerial walkway bridges the slopes on either side of the farm, serving both as a transportation link and a scenic viewing platform. Resembling a jungle canopy bridge, it adds three-dimensional mountain charm to the flat landscape. With openwork rope structures at both ends, the walkway sways beneath visitors' footsteps, creating the sensation of floating through the forest while offering diverse perspectives of the scenery.

天梯草坪

Sky Ladder Lawn

飞桥的一端是天梯草坪，沿着一条草坡上的石板梯步缓缓向上走向山顶，远望仿佛一架通往天空的绿梯。一棵大树一树成景，孤独而伟岸的屹立在山顶中央，成为小岛最高观景点。

One end of the flying bridge leads to the Sky Ladder Lawn, where stone steps wind gently upward along a grassy slope toward the mountaintop. From afar, it resembles a green ladder reaching toward the heavens. A solitary tree stands tall at the summit's center, marking the highest vantage point on the island.

勇者之丘

Brave Hill

再向前是孩子们的森林冒险乐园勇者之丘。这是一个以“种子”为主题的户外拓展乐园，最大限度的亲近自然，融入自然的游乐环境，探索性与娱乐性兼备，可满足1-12岁孩童的玩乐需求。孩子们通过探索游乐场的塔楼、滑梯、爬网、沙地和水域，尽情发挥他们的想象力。

Further ahead lies Brave Hill, the forest adventure playground for children. This outdoor adventure park, themed around “seeds,” maximizes closeness to nature with an immersive play environment that blends exploration and entertainment, catering to the play needs of children aged 1 to 12. Kids unleash their imagination as they explore the playground's towers, slides, climbing nets, sand pits, and water play areas.

水是麓客岛最丰富的语言，连接着人与人人与城，在流动中成为编织生活的纽带。水线公园位于麓客岛东侧中部的内聚型滨水界面，是一个融入湿地科普、互动滨水游乐、自然探索于

一体的生态教育乐园。

Water is the most abundant language on Luk Island, connecting people to one another and to the city. Located along the cohesive waterfront interface in the central eastern part of the island, Waterfront Park is an ecological water playground that integrates science education, waterfront recreation, and nature exploration.

我们模拟水流冲刷江滩形成的地表肌理，加入水溪、河谷、壶穴、漩涡等在地滨水元素，依据带状地形特征和场地高差，利用高差设计了浪卷水线、水滑梯、秘宝沙滩、溪谷探秘、艺术水装置，码头及淋浴区等主题空间，最终生成一处更立体多元的沉浸式水乐园、一个持续流动的活水域。

The landscape simulates the surface textures formed by riverbank erosion, incorporating water elements such as streams, river valleys, potholes, and whirlpools. Utilizing elevation changes, it features themed spaces including wave-curled water lines, water slides, treasure-hunting beaches, valley exploration zones, artistic water installations, docks, and shower areas. This culminates in a multi-dimensional water park and a continuously flowing living water realm.

在6m的山坡上，景观切出一条峡谷空间，赋予浪花般的表皮设计，三朵浪花承接了空间的起承转合，于核心形成最大的浪卷壳体。翻卷的浪花，将下部的峡谷空间半笼罩，犹如在浪尖奔跑。

On a 6-meter slope, the landscape carves out a canyon space, endowed with a wave-like surface design. Three wave forms carry the spatial transitions, culminating in the largest wave-curled shell at the core. The curling waves partially envelop the lower canyon space, evoking the sensation of running atop the crest of a wave.

以此为底，植入多重水效互动，俏皮的跳跳泉，滴落的雨谷，可以将人包裹的水蘑菇，精灵般的水蝴蝶，漂浮的水烟圈……随着水线峡谷空间开合变化，水的情绪也从最开始的细腻柔和逐渐过渡到欢乐活跃，从涓涓细流到湍急而下，呈现出千姿百态的姿态，人在空间中完全进入沉浸式戏水体验。

Multiple water interactive installations are embedded throughout the space: jumping fountains, rain valleys, water mushrooms, water butterflies, floating water smoke rings... As the waterline canyon space evolves, the water's mood gradually shifts from delicate to joyful, transitioning from gentle streams to rushing currents. It displays a myriad of forms, offering visitors an immersive water play experience as they explore.

利用高差以水滑梯的形式将游玩动线向下引入到一片镜面收水池。水滑梯包含一个较宽的滑道可多人一起玩耍，和一个曲折的更刺激的单人滑道。滑道池底采用水磨石，让水滑梯丝滑，底部水深确保了安全退距。

The water slide features a wide lane for group play and a winding, more thrilling single-rider lane. The slide's base is finished with terrazzo for a smooth glide, while the pool's depth ensures a safe landing zone.

继续往前走来到一片更开阔的浅水域，自然原石散落于在场地，犹如来到自然溪谷间，岩石、溪水、栈桥、泉水冒出来.我们特意挑选了当地黄蜡石原石，唤醒人们溪涧在地性的戏水记忆。

Continuing forward, you arrive at a more expansive shallow water area where natural boulders are scattered across the terrain, evoking the feeling of a natural stream valley. Rocks, flowing water, and boardwalks awaken memories of playing in mountain streams.

麓客岛还在持续生长、创造，这不止是一座岛，更是一次关于城市理想水岸生活的价值重塑。我们希望通过景观将这片原本服务于远期开发的岛域，转化为一个强大的品牌磁场，以极致的水居度假体验先行造势引流，最终反哺整个区域的价值认知。

LuxeIsland continues to grow and innovate. It is not merely an island, but a reimagining of urban waterfront living. We aim to transform this island—originally planned for long-term development—into a premier waterfront retreat through landscape design. By prioritizing an exceptional waterfront vacation experience, we will generate buzz and attract visitors, ultimately elevating the entire region's perceived value.
