Foshan Sunshine City Green Island Lake is located on the west side of Changang Road, Chancheng District, Foshan, on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. The lake scenery is dependent on each other, the white crane is the companion, the sight is wide, and the scenery is beautiful. The base is near the river on one side and surrounded by lakes on three sides. It has a wide field of vision and multiple sight corridors. The surrounding ecological environment is superior and it is an excellent ecological habitat.

2019年11月,这个从设计到施工历时一年的示范区呈现了。现场的呈现让设计团队颇感欣慰,因为在这个示范区,我们通过对空间的重塑,真正实现了建筑、景观、室内三位一体的无缝衔接,不分彼此,浑然一体。
In November 2019, this demonstration area that took one year from design to construction was presented. The on-site presentation made the design team quite gratified, because in this demonstration area, through the reshaping of the space, we truly realized the seamless connection of architecture, landscape, and interior, regardless of each other.

示范区位于场地东侧,原始场地条件中,主入口有个垂直交通体,可将人流引导到负一层庭院。下沉庭院开口范围约为4300㎡,与地面高差为6.7米(包含1.2米的覆土厚度)。庭院的中间是售楼处,也是未来社区的健身房。从地面有两条楼梯可进入下沉庭院。另有两条楼梯可向上到达售楼处的屋顶。
The demonstration area is located on the east side of the site. In the original site conditions, there is a vertical traffic body at the main entrance, which can guide the flow of people to the courtyard on the first floor. The opening area of the sunken courtyard is about 4,300 square meters, and the height difference from the ground is 6.7 meters (including the thickness of the covering soil of 1.2 meters). In the middle of the courtyard is the sales office and the gym of the future community. There are two stairs from the ground to the sunken courtyard. There are also two stairs leading up to the roof of the sales office.

下沉庭院留给景观设计的空间并不利好。在地产项目当中,连结地下车库的下沉庭院里,成功案例一直都并不多见。想有所突破就必须要深入到整个项目的设计策略以及示范区的破题思路。
The space left by the sunken courtyard for landscape design is not good. Among real estate projects, there have been few successful cases in the sunken courtyard connecting the underground garage. If you want to make a breakthrough, you must go deep into the design strategy of the entire project and the idea of solving the problem in the demonstration area.
地块是三面临湖,业态以别墅和高层大平层为主。因为有优势的自然资源,于是有了对岛、水等元素的提取,然后针对高端客群市场,从水上元素中提取到了一个有颜有料又有趣的元素——游艇。
The plot is three-sided facing the lake, and the format is dominated by villas and high-rise flats. Because of the advantageous natural resources, we have extracted elements such as islands and water, and then for the high-end customer market, we extracted a beautiful and interesting element from the water elements-yachts.
水、岛、游艇三个主要元素的定格以及其共性和关联的抽取,设计从中导出了一个基本的图底关系。以这个图底关系去凸显这个滨湖项目的场地资源优势,并形成自己的个性风貌,成了整个滨湖项目的基本设计策略。
The freeze frame of the three main elements of water, island, and yacht, and the extraction of their commonalities and associations, the design derives a basic picture-base relationship from it. Using this relationship between the map and the background to highlight the site resource advantages of the lakeside project and form its own personality style has become the basic design strategy of the entire lakeside project.
这个示范区是实体展示,甲方要求建设成为永久园林,全实景,不拆改。在里面展现临街商业群落、入口接待,并充分利用地下负一层空间展示售楼部、泳池以及一些配套建筑。难点又回到了下沉庭院里。我们于是开始讨论,大区的基本图底关系,能不能放进这个下沉空间里,让地面与地下连为一体,这样不仅可以解决原始场地关系造成的割裂感,甚至还可能升华整个空间。
This demonstration area is a physical display, and Party A requires that it be built into a permanent garden with full real scenes and no demolition or modification. It displays the street-facing commercial community, entrance reception, and makes full use of the underground floor space to display the sales department, swimming pool and some supporting buildings. The difficulty returned to the sunken courtyard. So we started to discuss whether the basic map-bottom relationship of the large area can be put into this sinking space, so that the ground and the underground are connected as a whole, which can not only solve the sense of fragmentation caused by the original site relationship, but may even sublimate the entire space.

为了更好的研究建筑立面及室内外关系、售楼处的功能分布以及客户的全域体验感,我们开始了一轮又一轮的模型推演,不断深入分析客户从到达项目边界开始到进入售楼处室内外各个空间,一起室内外的视线以及每一个空间的体验都被设定在了最佳合适的点位上。
In order to better study the building facade and the relationship between indoor and outdoor, the functional distribution of the sales office and the customer’s global experience, we have started a round of model deductions, and we continue to in-depth analysis of customers from reaching the project boundary to entering the sales. The indoor and outdoor spaces in the building, the indoor and outdoor sight lines and the experience of each space are all set at the most suitable point.

从草图到模型,我们在原始基础条件限定的建筑面积及功能需求的框架下,重新将整个地下空间进行了从室内到室外,从立面到地面到天空的全方位梳理和重塑,并精准的落位到图上。
From sketches to models, we reorganized and reshaped the entire underground space from indoor to outdoor, from facade to ground to sky under the framework of the building area and functional requirements limited by the original basic conditions, and accurately reshaped the entire underground space. 通过对场地的重新解构,地下建筑部分已经完全隐藏于景观之中,建筑与景观、室内与室外终于浑然一体,一派天成了。

这个项目除了对建筑及室内的重构是一个小小的突破,景观自身各种美轮美奂的场景设计也有不少的小欢喜值得一提,比如入口的游艇破浪场景。

游艇的流线型形体的构建,视觉效果的呈现,对于形体、结构、材质都有非常多的考究。

溢水采用排列式出水口,多控制阀,确保每条水线可以调节,让整体效果无懈可击。
